We ship our products to EU countries from the UK, and to non-European countries from our other facilities, depending on the destination.

Here are some facts that make our shades special:

1. Light weight  - because of the special Aluminet material these shades weigh practically nothing.

2. Easy to carry - Our shades all come with our special "Be COOL: bag that can be stored in your car or carried on your back with ease.

3. Allows airflow - Our shade material have slits in them that allow air to pass through the cloth.

4. Aluminet technology - Our shades are made from a special technology that was originally made for green-houses. The cloth has aluminum cover that does not absorb any heat.

Depending on the destination, but to most European countries it will take between 7-21 business days, usually it takes less than 21 but during the summer months we get a big amount of orders and shipping can take the whole 21 business days.

Yes! We will send you one free of charge with every purchase! It is a great way to keep your shade cloth compact and protected while traveling!

Yes! We only use the ORIGINAL Aluminet™ shade cloth and have been working directly with the owners of the trademark for the past 20 years! Be careful of imitations!

Our customers have found that 70% shade allows the perfect combination of shade and air-flow, to maximize the cooling benefit. Additionally, we have tested our products with all types of Aluminet™ and have found that the “I” product line is the most reliable and wear-resistant. The Aluminet “O” was designed to be stretchy when placed over commercial shade structures for plants and nurseries, but for Be Cool customers it stretches and loses its shape too easily.

We have over 25 years of experience in the shade cloth industry and we use our industry leading equipment to produce the best quality product for our customers. This is the same equipment that has been used commercially on greenhouses for years!

We do have distributors but we don’t let just anyone sell our products. We are only looking for long-term business relationships with industry leading businesses.
